Welcome to The 36ONE Off The Beaten Track Swims: Cosy Bay to Oudekraal
The logistics for the day is structured to ensure maximum safety and enjoyment for the participants. To reduce paper and increase efficiency, we are moving towards paperless. FinishTime Passport is used extensively. The mobile app ensures participants will have a safe, simple and secure registration process. Please download the free FinishTime Passport app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store onto your cellphone.
Due to the 1.5m distancing on the beach criteria there is stakes/markers with your start position on them. This will double as to where to leave your bag and where you will return to after your swim. At Check-in your Category (Skins or Wetsuits) will be recorded.

Cosy Bay to Oudekraal and back. Cosy Bay is a SCUBA dive site, while Oudekraal Nature Reserve is part of the Table Mountain National Park. A marine reserve, it is really a very special location. When the visibility is good, you can easily see the flora and fauna on the seabed and in the kelp forests, and maybe spot a diver too! Spectators, bring binoculars and a pair of decent walking shoes! You can track your swimmer from Victoria Road, Cosy Bay car park or Oudekraal Nature Reserve.
